Here is my story of Rangers, on cm 00/01:

As a new venture into the world of Champ Man, I took the helm of Scottish giants Rangers. I signed the regulars (bakircioglu, sigporsson, bircham, asper, davies) and recalled seb rozental from his loan in Chile. I sold players like Numan and charbonnier to make up the lost cash. I later signed Gareth Barry for £6.75 million, and little known left back Paul Dillon from Rotherham for just 90 k.

By the end of the season i had won all domestic cups, signed Aguinaga and sold van bronkhorst for £10 Million. 10 of my 11 from starting lineup (Asper, Bircham, Porini, Barry, Dillon, Kanchelskis, Bakircioglu, Aguinaga, Van Bronkhorst, Sigporsson, Rozental) had at least 7.20 average rating, and sigporsson finish top scorer with 26.

Over pre-season i signed Lemmens, Bassir, Rushfeldt, Micoud, Revivo, Basler, Cruyff, Bassinder on bosman and Fabio Junior for £5.25 Million and Joe Cole for just £4.9 Million of a relegated Leeds United. Over the next season, Bassir bagged over 30 goals, i bagged domestic glory and reached the final of the champions league, getting through Man Utd, AC Milan, Barcelona and Real Madrid on the way. I lost on pens to Juventus in the final.

Since then i have signed Sforza and Kluivert on Bosman (!) and young superstars like Partridge and Orgrizovic (he he). I am pretty pleased with my team lineup. It is Asper, Bircham, Sforza, Barry, Dillon, Bakircioglu, Aguinaga, Cole, Micoud, Bassir/Sigprosson, Kluivert.
